Millutensil celebra 60 anni di attività in EMO, tra i prodotti la nuova pressa nuova stampi
Millutensil, fondata nel 1955 da Luigia Assi a Milano, celebra 60 anni di attività.
L’azienda sviluppa tre linee di prodotti: le presse prova stampi (Blue Line), gli impianti per la lavorazione dei coils (Green Line) e i nastri trasportatori e sistemi per la movimentazione (Yellow Line).
Oggi Millutensil si colloca tra le aziende leader del settore, con vicepresidenti Beatrice e Veronica Just, che da diversi anni affiancano la madre alla guida dell’azienda, consolidando i rapporti con una clientela internazionale di primario livello.
Le celebrazioni del 60mo anniversario coincideranno con lo svolgimento a Milano della fiera mondiale della macchina utensile – EMO.
In tale occasione l’azienda esporrà una limited edition di macchinari con un design completamente innovativo, ennesima testimonianza di un impegno costante.
Per quanto riguarda Blue Line, verrà esposta una pressa prova stampi modello BV30ERG che, oltre al design innovativo, presenterà una novità in anteprima mondiale: la tavola girevole a 3 posizioni, grazie alla quale diventerà possibile l’aggiustaggio di stampi fino a tre componenti in sicurezza e in minor tempo. Questa soluzione dimostra la costante attenzione di Millutensil verso le esigenze del mercato degli stampi che risultano essere sempre più complessi.
Per Green Line, invece, verrà esposta una linea lunga con aspo svolgitore con portata 6000 kg e una raddrizzatrice con testa apribile per la pulizia dei rulli idonea a lavorare materiali fino a 4 mm. Questa linea, oltre al design innovativo, è stata anche arricchita con il nuovo software che integra alla linea per la lavorazione dei coils tutto quello che sta “all round the press”, quindi destacker, impilatori, sistemi di lubrificazione e nastri trasportatori.
Alla Emo sarà presente allo stand D17 padiglione 1 anche la nota azienda tedesca di normalizzati per stampi Fibro, di cui Millutensil distribuisce i prodotti in esclusiva da più di 50 anni.

Millutensil, founded in 1955 by Luigia Assi in Milan, celebrates 60 years of business.
The company manufactures three lines of products: die & mould spotting presses (Blue Line); coil working plants (Green Line); conveyors and conveying systems (Yellow Line).
Today Millutensil is one of the leader companies in this sector, with vice-presidents Beatrice and Veronica Just, who for several years now have been supporting their mother in the management of the company, consolidating the relationships with international leader customers.
The celebrations for the 60th anniversary coincide with the international machine tool trade fair – EMO in Milan.
Millutensil will be present at the event at stand C14 in pavilion 1, and will display a limited edition of machines featuring a completely innovative design – yet another proof of the company’s constant commitment.
As regards the Blue Line, we will display a die & mould spotting press model BV30ERG that, besides an innovative design, will feature a novelty presented for the first time in the world: the 3-position rotary table, thanks to which it will become possible to carry out the spotting of dies and moulds with up to three components, safely and in less time. This solution shows the constant attention of Millutensil to the needs of the market of dies and moulds, which have become more and more complex.
For the Green Line, on the other hand, we will display a long line including a decoiler with 6,000 kg carrying capacity and a straightener with lifting head for roller cleaning, suitable for working materials up to 4mm thick. This line, in addition to its innovative design, was also enhanced with the new software that completes the coil working line with everything that is “all round the press”, therefore destackers, stackers, lubricators and conveyors.
At Emo you can also visit – at stand D17 pavilion 1 – the well-known German manufacturer of standard parts for press dies & moulds – Fibro – of which Millutensil has been sole distributor for more than 50 years now.
