Dal 1975 Somaut si dedica alla progettazione e costruzione di macchine ed attrezzature di marcatura, destinate all’identificazione dei particolari che compongono un prodotto, ma anche per assicurare la qualità del prodotto stesso e divulgare il marchio di fabbrica. L’unico metodo pratico, economico e sicuro per la marcatura di oggetti piccoli e grandi è proprio quello di imprimere direttamente il marchio o le referenze sul prodotto, un settore in cui la Somaut è altamente specializzata. S33 è una serie di macchine di nuova concezione per marcature a micro percussione a controllo numerico, che possono risolvere numerosi problemi di marcatura su particolari di forma diversa in metallo, plastica, vetro e altri. La testa di marcatura è di concezione semplice e robusta, in modo da poter soddisfare le richieste di alta produttività a un basso costo. Il punzone in metallo duro permette di incidere metalli con una durezza fino a 62 HRc e la sua costruzione è tale che permette di marcare pezzi irregolari sia concavi che convessi. Con le vibrazioni elettriche si ha una flessibilità di lavoro e una silenziosità di funzionamento sconosciuta su questo tipo di macchina, la battuta che esercita il punzone è talmente bassa che non rovina le molecole del materiale da marcare.

The marking unit is of simple and sturdy design to achieve high productivity at low cost. The carbide stylus can engrave metals up to 62 HRc hardness and is designed to mark both concave and convex irregular components. Electric vibrations provide an outstanding working flexibility and an unusually noiseless operation. The very weak impact of stylus will not damage molecules of marked parts.
